Our key person system gives each member of staff responsibility for their key children, which will include settling your child into the group. The key person will also carry out observations and keep your child's learning journey up to date. The key person will maintain links with your child's home setting, other childcare providers that your child may attend and will work alongside parents to ensure that all children are supported in reaching their full potential.
